Rudder Wheel not Back Normally After Swing

Today, 18 Sept 2011, I bring my Katana to Sevice station.
The problem that I face, the rudder wheel (steer) is not back to normal after swing, and I need to manually turn it back so, I can drive straight.

The technician than start guessing what is the main cause and mentioned it's because "TIE-ROD", "Wheel's LAHAR  both UP dan DOWN, Left and Right (total 4 pcs)", and "Shock Breaker Stir"

1. TIE-ROD : It's clear that this is damage, but the technician lathe it and sai, it will be stay for around 1 year.. I have experience this in the past... and unluckily, this tie rod is belongs to LONG TIE ROD parts, not the SHORT parts. The price according to the technician is around Rp 260.000,-

2. Wheels Lahar. Technician said that this is must be change, and the price for each is Rp 130.000, and for 4 pcs, it is Rp 520.000,-... But I decided not to change, as for me the condition is still good. I dont worry anything, except the price is too high... for this small parts (but may be correct as it;s patent parts, like Tie Rod)

3. Steer Shcok Breaker : The technician said that without this shock breaker, the steer will not stable especially in high speed (like in high way), and seems it's true, as once I drive in highway, I felt that it's moving, especially if the road are demaged. But my experience, this is not critical, and I decided not to change it at this moment.
The price for new Shcok breaker is aroun Rp 260.000,- and if you want to use the 2nd hand, the price is only Rp 100.000,-
I' guessing that this is also the cause why the rudder wheel is not back to normal after swing...(???)

COST
I pay totally Rp 280,000,- and service charge is Rp 200.000,- that seems to high for me.
and another Rp 80.000 is for special Greece, Industrial type. This type of greece will act like an oil if it;s running, and not like the conventional one (the price is only Rp 10.000), where it will harden during some period.... The picture of the greece is shown below.

I also gave the technician tip Rp 30.000,-, that not in the bill.
